Express Implementation
MCA's Express Implementation of Service Planning and Optimization (SPO™) begins delivering value in as few as three weeks from receipt of data. We accomplish this using a phased approach to address integration issues and ensure an orderly migration to the fully functional system. The first phase is a limited rollout, where SPO, loaded with data from a selected area of business, is implemented in an MCA-hosted environment. At this time, our team validates business process and data needs, simulates and develops policies, and validates results in a "live" situation. This phase is conducted with an internal team of super-users, who have been trained on the complete SPO product suite.
After this hosted session, the system is installed behind your firewall for a full-scale rollout to all functional areas of your business. Based on data refinement and integration testing, the MCA team evaluates system performance against key metrics and business processes. Because the degree of end-user acceptance will ultimately determine the success of this project, usability is critical. After further refinements, an appropriate end-user training program is designed and implemented.
