SPO™ was developed for ease of use and rapid time-to-value and these courses enable your users to gain optimum benefit from using the product as quickly as possible.
Training can be conducted at MCA’s facilities, or on-site at your company location. Train-the-trainer courses are also available to provide customers the capability to train their internal constituents.
Service Supply Chain Concepts
This course provides the student with an overview of service supply chain and inventory management concepts including the issues and challenges facing today’s service organization. The course provides a survey of current service management approaches with the objective of developing an understanding of how MCA’s product applies to the customer’s business.
SPO Planner Training
The course includes an in-depth review of the SPO methodology and modeling approach, the user interface, and major functionalities of SPO Strategy and Tactics. Students develop mastery in the fundamentals of SPO Tactical Planning through hands-on exercises and instructor demonstration.
SPO Super User
This course builds on the SPO Planner Training for advanced users with the introduction of model building and configuration. Modeling and what-If skills are developed through the use of case studies and small group exercises.
SPO Technical and Administration
The course provides the technical team with hands-on instructions for installation, integration and technical administration of SPO.
