MCA Solutions, which continues to shape the market for after-sales service and parts planning, today expanded its relationship with Oracle, allowing MCA to resell Oracle® Database integrated with MCA’s Service Planning Optimization (SPO™) software suite.
MCA has always tightly integrated its software with Oracle, and is now authorized as a reseller in the Oracle PartnerNetwork. The distribution agreement will help MCA customers achieve a lower total cost of ownership when implementing SPO on Oracle Database. When implementing MCA’s SPO service parts management solution on the Oracle Database, MCA’s experienced service organization will provide ‘first level’ technical assistance for the combined MCA SPO/Oracle Database solution and also have access to Oracle’s Global Support Team for more complex issues. SPO has already been successfully implemented with Oracle applications at several joint customers including Cisco Systems.
MCA’s ability to quickly and easily integrate its SPO solution with any major ERP system makes it an ideal fit for manufacturers across a wide range of industries, including high tech, aerospace and defense and capital equipment.
