Rockwell Collins, one of the world’s largest providers of aviation electronic and communication solutions, selected MCA’s Service Planning and Optimization (SPO™) software suite to fully optimize its global service parts network.

With requirements for multi-echelon planning and rapid evaluation of service scenarios, Rockwell Collins’ adoption of SPO was a natural fit. MCA’s solution can quickly determine the best course for improving customer service as well as managing various supply networks, service level agreements, variations in costs and lead times, and different supply sources. Because of MCA's recent SAP certification, Rockwell Collins was also able to achieve rapid integration with their existing SAP transaction system.
